If you tell someone, a women, they are gorgeous, or you like something, their hair. Its kinda creepy to me. But if a man smiles, takes an extra look or does something kind, like holding a door. That's more appealing to me. The small gestures with eye contact is the best.

Strangers: ONce you find out their name, use it every third time or so in a sentence. Smile, but don;t laugh too loudly, look them in the eye. touch their hand, see how it goes. Watch for body language, crossing their legs towards you, angling their body towrds you is all good.
Lovers: kiss them on the neck instead of teh face or lips. Be upfront about your desire for them with out being too sleazy. INnocently wear something you KNOW they like without calling attention to it.

Different ways for each individual. What works for me is good listening, a few little jokes of the conversation and looking deep into one's eyes without appearing too nerving.

If you allow yourself to indulge in lust, and can manage to keep your "virginity" for the evening, you're doing fairly well. It is almost impossible NOT to flirt with someone you're truly attracted to. The trick is learning to flirt with people (men, in my case) for whom you have NO interest. You can only succeed there if you're smart, intuitive, and super manipulative. To learn that art, I recommend you watch me go to a bar and NEVER buy my own drink. I am awesome!

I do it A LOT...basically you flirt well if you don't cross the line like say batting your eyelashes, then pushing your body right up against his/hers would be crossing the line...it has to be done classy, leaving something to the imagination.
There are so many different ways to do it, I could'nt possibly explain all of them to you...good luck flirting!
