(Im listening to mine right now XD)
1.Connect the Psp to the computer using the USB cable.
2.Go into the My Computer section.
3.Go into the Psp's removable disc drive.
4.Go into the Psp folder
5. Make a folder and lable it MUSIC
6. Drag and drop music files into the folder.

You can make folders inside the folder for groups (Like for certain albums, bands etc.)

Connet the PSP on your workstation with a PSP USB cable. (An A to mini-b cable is the samething). turn the PSP on in spite of if this is not already. Scroll to the gadget icon and to the USB connect icon. Hit X A reveal screen could pop up on the reveal reveal screen decide on Open Folder Double click on the PSP Folder Double click on the music Folder. Drag the MP3s into this folder or into subfolders. Hit O on the PSP Scroll over to the music Icon hit start up or scroll down and hit X you may now be waiting to play what you dragged into the folder.
