There should be. You can check out some of the resorts at Lake Tahoe; they have web cams and snow cams, and estimated dates they will be open. I moved here in March 2005; coming over the pass near Reno, there was a chain law in effect. I'm sure there will be snow. Good luck w/ the altitude! Drink lots of water while you're up there.

Yes there is. You are very lucky to be able to go to Lake Tahoe, I went there when I was little. I was on this round sleigh and I was going down this hill and I flew off the sled and into the air! I hit my head in some hay! It was a lot of fun. I did this when i was about 5.As I said you are lucky. That is one of my dearest memories.
