I absoulutly love baskettbal and im really good at it bvelieve me.
But when i started when i was 9 I sucked so bad i couldnt even get in a basket nnot one. I practised for 2 years and I joined a baskettbal club.
club not team its like a teaching thing. No games or anything.
Yes im a girly girl and i absoulutly hate sports and i barely even play baskettball but now i know imgood when i was twelve i tried out for a team and i made it because i sinked 3 baskets and intryouts i was good at passing and everything layups.
I tried it for fun but now im real good i made the team so practice hard and if your seriously into this (im sure more then me) Join a local Club or talk to your gym teacher to preactice later afterwards. ANd every extra time you get Play your hard out .

you need to do alot of cardio work like tredmill and cross trainer this will build up the amount of time you last in a game you wil also need to be good at balance to dothis use simple exercise am sure these will come up in a search engine. and then last of all build up your arm and shoulder strength to get the three pointers lol. good luck mate

try some basketball camps or just practice and play with your firends, watch games to learn technique and practice some more.
