Is this true, I should feed them a couple of times?
I currently have a tank full on neon tetras (blue stripe) and a couple of glow tetras (orange stripe) i am planning on getting more angels in the next few weeks.

Once a day is best. If you feed small amounts several times a day that is OK for 1 fish alone, but still not ideal. If you feed several times daily in bigger tanks with more fish, the less aggressive fish are going to starve to death. Feeding every 2 days is better, IME.

In a filtered tank I recommend feeding your fish twice a day and only as much as they completely eat in 5-10 seconds. Any left over food should be netted out of the tank to prevent it from breaking down into ammonia.

Since you have so many you can feed them 5-6 times a day. I would only feed them a little bit at a time, this way it doesn't sink to the bottom and rot

I feed my fish three times a day like the food bottle said and they got soooo fat! So I cut back and found out that they were fine with just having two meals a day. One when I got up and one when right before I went to bed.

My brother has lots of fish that he feeds only once a day. I do know not to feed too much as it trashes up their water if they can't eat it all rather quickly.

You should only feed your fish once a day.But only what they can eat in about 3 min.If they are over fed it will just produce ammonia and can potentially kill your entire tank.I feed my fish a good amount once every other day.

i have 4 fish and i only feed them a pinch a day all my fish aren't that big but i'd feed them about 2 or 3 pinch fulls a day
