well I found out last night that my girlfriend is only weighing in at 37KG, thats 20 under her normal weight, she has had a lot of stress recencly and she also does alot of driving around for people when she knows she shouldn't, they only come to her because she sometimes gives in easilly and she has money.....someone even asked for money from her last night but she didnt give any, she hasen't had a decent nights sleep in a couple of months but was hoping that last night would give her one and I hope that she has had the good night sleep she needs anyway I am wondering what we can do for her weight to come back to normal, eat all junk as she has said? goto a doctor or stress specialist?? any other ideas, this is a genuine question so please dont report me.....I just want to help my girlfriend to help herself, at least she said she's putting it back on for both of us, thats good...

it sounds like she needs to start thinking about herself a bit more rather than other people all the time and slow down a bit. She needs to sort out the people in her life, who's good for her and who's not because if people are going to her for money this doesn't sound right.

She might need to speak to someone just to talk through any stress that she's experiencing if it's beginning to have an effect on her sleeping, eating and everyday general life. A doctor will also be able to give advice on diet.

She needs to be eating a healthy diet. Junk food will put the fat on but it wont give her the right vitamins she needs.

Buy a good book with recipes in for healthy eating. Healthy food can be really good and there are some great books to help you come up with some really good recipes.

It sounds like youve already discussed it with her...so she knows you know and how you feel about it...if you keep "discussing" it she may get offended.

People tend to gain when they're happy...just as they tend to lose when stressed or uhappy. Maybe since she is always doing for others....do more for her..try to get others involved too. I wouldnt focus on junk food to help her gain....that will have a negative effect....maybe slip in a few ice creams or a cheesecake now and then....focus on the little things to make her smile and forget her worries...every girl like flowers! =)
Set up a night a week about her...convince her to turn off her phone....make or pick up her favorite dinner, her favorite movie and run her a hot bubblebath....that way you at least know she has one night to herself and will get some rest and peace of mind from that. So you both win!

Just talk with your girl. Tell her that you're really worried that she's become so thin, Ask her what you can do to help. It's possible that just your acknowledgment will snap her back into a healthy reality. Otherwise, suggest those things you've just said to her. When it comes to a person's health, only they can make the ultimate decision. Even someone who loves you saying, "you have this problem so you should do X" can come across as a criticism. It's great you're so concerned about her.

just eat normally and relax more a good nite snack will help also go 4 a nice walk to settle yourself hot coco helps maybe a little vac just 4 u 2 tell friends no more often good luck

Dont eat all junk food that could get her sick...Eat healthy and see if she would take some walks with you so you can be together and she can have noone buggin her.I hope this helps and everthing goes good.

you only made me experience fat:( i'm a woman 5'4 and that i weigh 125lbs. Yea your great skinny from the sound of it! some human beings only have very speedy metabolisms. try eating healthful fat like nuts and eggs.
