They can try all they want.

I think Brett Favre should retire, i'm serious. Isn't he a little bit too old to play football. The Texans could have a chance with Favre but i think that they aren't gonna get along with him any more than Carr.

No. Carr may develop, but Favre wouldn't help. This is not the guy to settle into an elder statesman/mentor role. Favre is one of the great one's of all time, and one of the most exciting and daring. The last game he starts should be the last time he puts on a uniform.
All-Time:
1 Montana,
2. Elway
3. Favre
4. Steve Young
5. Marino

nah man, u trippin, bret favre in on a down fall, actually david carr is one tough son of a gun, he's th most sacked quaterback in the nfl, he doest get any help from his offensive line, so u never get to see his true style of play. the texans need a good offensive line to go to the super bowl, brett varve would only ruin the whole thing, he cant do it at green bay, why should he do it in texas.

Whatever your smoking must be really good.
Why would you want Brett Favre who maybe has 1 okay year left in him. Maybe if they would have taken Reggie Bush instead of Mario "I Cant find the quarterback" Williams, they would have had a playmaker to help David Carr out.
F the Texans.

i could say that Favre is an improve from Pennigton. in the event that they could have a prevailing seasons with that dude. i think of they are going to be playoff worth now. The superbowl is somewhat out of attain, you desire an elite team with chemistry for that. that may no longer going to happen to the Jets over night. however, they do get to play Miami two times, so as that ought to help :P.

Maybe if they hired him as a QB coach, but I really don't see Farve playing anywhere besides Green Bay. Or if it all.
