Sure you can, but why would you want too? This requires a purchase of a new set of rims and a spare not to mention the new tires. You also have to change the computer settings of your car for the speedo, PCM, and the ABS to work properly. Adding more size to the wheels/tires only means less clearance for the suspension to work before contact with the new tires to the body. I wouldn't reccommend something like this unless you are doing this for more aestetic reasons.

sure as hell you can, but it may sit rather low. Now i am not aware as to how many speed bumps there are where you live, because in London you can't reach the speed of 40mph before you encounter yet another one of those grizzling inventions bound to reduce your speed, but only damage the car in the long run.
Would probably be advisable to use something a little larger than 16" but they will definetly fit.

They Will not. Just because they have 5 lugs does not mean they will fit.
