There's not many STDs that have a 2-day incubation period. Sounds like you have the flu... you should go see a doctor if your fever doesn't respond to OTC fever-reducing meds like aspirin, goes much above 103, or if you don't feel better in a day or so. In the meantime, get plenty of rest, and take the day off of school/work so you don't get others sick.

If you only had sex two days ago it would be too early to be feeling any symptoms. You are technically not pregnant until implantation of the egg occurs, which does not happen until 7-10 days after conception. And even then it is rare to feel symptoms until your period is late. So I think you're just sick with a bug and it has nothing to do with you having sex two days ago.

Sometimes pregnancy can cause fever, but it's unlikly to be THAT high.
Got to the doctor of it's not better in the next day or so, you've prolly just got the flu.
Do go to the doctor though, just in case it's not the flu.
ESPECIALLY go to the doctor if you think you may be pregnant.

protected or unproteced sex? if unprotected id suggest taking a test, even if you did use protection, condoms work 98% of the time. sure that leaves little room for error, but still room. someone makes up for that 2% condoms also have a 4% chance of breaking. so just take a pregency test weathe you used protection or not. it doesnt hurt to be sure. good luck.
