Take all the racks out & soak them in water with a little bleach added.
Vaccum the inside of the oven.
Clean as normal with Ezy-Off or similar oven cleaner.

Yuck! I had a problem with them last year. We killed or caught 15 mice in all, before the problem was under control. We used 3 different methods and ended by putting poison in the kitchen. I live in a duplex. If the landlord would allow it... I guess I'd have to have someone move the stove away from it's normal spot and then start cleaning behind it and under it. As for the oven itself....Is it a self cleaning oven? No? God....I guess you'd have to dig in there as far as you can and clean it all out manually. I'd spray that sucker down with oven cleaner and use lots of disposable rags. Then clean it a second time just for safe measure. You know, those little buggers carry diseases....like the hanta virus. I showed no mercy.... You shouldn't either. Have fun..... (You poor thang!).

if you have a self cleaning oven, then use oven cleaner and the clean setting.
Otherwise, you can still use oven cleaner, wipe everything down really well, take out the racks and scrub them (that's how you clean them anyways, even without mice.)
Oh, and make sure you wipe out the turds too.

Eek! I would use disinfectant to clean, clean over twice, and make sure that every corner and crack is cleaned with a toothbrush if necessary.
