Why men gotta be dogs?

ok we have heard women say this about men being dogs but let us go deeper in it? WhaT makes the men dogs if they are because they were not born that way and what can one do to reform a so called dog.

Not clear what you mean by "dogs", but a lot has been written in behavioural ecology about gender behaviour. There are ecological reasons why men (and women) might behave in certain ways, not all of which make for stable, constructive societies, which is why most human cultures curtail them in some way. Reform a dog by teaching him a better strategy.
