Women don't get that men are not that complicated! We mean exactly what we say, there is no "hidden" meaning. Same thing if we ask a question, we'll take your answer at face value. If we ask you "Is something wrong?" and you say "No" we think OK and go on to something else.
Don't get mad, try to accept us as we are.

That blokes don't sweat the little stuff so much. Examples - my wife became almost apoplectic because another woman had the same dress as her at a function we were at - I said babe almost every bloke here has a black suit on, I'm not worried. Also she called her brother back and started a verbal fight the other day because he didn't say goodbye before he hung up ... I love her - she's crazy ...

Men don't get that women can look past a poof here and a frrrrt there, but constant body function humor gets old and annoying.

I won't make a general statement, because some men do "get it" but I would say the one thing that most men don't get about women is their need to talk, need for communication.
