ok so i got a nano for chirstmas and it already had songs on it that my neighbor put on. now i want to put thouse songs onto my itune account but im afraid when i go to that that they will be earsed... thats what my friends told me... if you know how to do this so they wont be earsed and i can have them on my ipod and itunes and then add songs from cds please let me know thanks and happy new year!!!! : )

Sorry, you can't put songs on your account that somebody bought. Apple thinks this is stealing and they say that is strickly prohibited. BUt you can still listen to them on the ipod.
