How do you send a letter or an email to a celebritity?

I want to email Josh Harnett and Miley Cyrus.

Check their website if they have one. As far as a letter, try sending the letter to the place where they may work. Research what studio they work in, for example. Good luck.

Well for Miley Cyrus you can go to www.disneychannel.com and send one. Or you just have to find it!

usually you can email celebritys if you find their official website, and i think for MILEY you can try disney's website
