I feel self-conscious if I wear tank tops outside.....I only wear them at home....Heh my wardrobe consists of t-shirts for outside and cami's/tank tops for inside.

I don't wear tank tops outside because my shoulders burn so easily. Yes, even with sunscreen!

Depends on the day and mood, but usually I wear tank tops because they are comfortable and you can dress them up or down.

You should wear whatever you feel comfortable in. I prefer tanks because on hot days they give you more air. I'm like you though, I only wear skirts at home.
