It is really simple just make sure to do it somewhere where you won't get any static electricity. First you have to check which types of empty slot you have in your computer. PCI, AGP, PCI Express. Then you have to decide which card you want to buy. Then it as simple as turning off your computer, open it up and put in card. You actually may have to use a little force. There are many sites that have detailed information on this. Did you buy the card already? They should have a toll free number to call for help.

there should be a slot for your card. hopefully some kind of manual came with the card? because even if you can figure out where to put the card itself, you need the software that goes with it to install the drivers. you might be better off talking to the manufacturer of the video card. good luck!
