Back in the early 90's GM came out with the S10 cyclone and blazer typhoon! At the time they were to be the fastest production trucks available! They started in price around $35000 and if you can find them today, they are still up there. I saw a 91 cyclone on ebay not long ago going for over $20,000

American made it is the 2004 Corvette Z06. thats for affordable ones.... now the fastest American car now is STILL the Corvette Z06. but then again it is also 70k now. it beats 200k supercars in everything. beats them at their own game! its SWEET!
