Wow, amazing, you're 13 and already has an ex, that stalks.
Ask him what he wants and then try to resolve it. If that doesn't work and he is not the type of getting tired of stalking, talk to his parents and let them know that no good end would come if their son keeps being a trouble.

Btw, I would just ignore him like the invisible man if he does no harm but only follows.

I had an ex that stalked me and I ended up getting hurt really bad by him. I was always 13. I wish I had talked to someone. Talk to your parents, your teachers and let them know what's going on.

13!!! you will have a complicated life ahead of you, stop worrying about boys for a while, enjoy life with friends make some memories, boys will always be there, enough said because I'm sure at this point you know more than me!??
Define what you think stalking is, if your teacher's feel it's not serious then you may blowing this a little out of proportion, if it's really bad take it to the school counselor, they will have to do something about it...

You need to talk to your parents too. If the school doesn't help then go in with your parents and have them demand to protect you, or a restraining order will be issued and that will cause major hassles with the school. Also, if you have a friend, family member that is a policeman, etc, have them have a "talk" with guy, firmly but politely telling him to leave you alone. Good luck, that is so scary!

Hon what are you doing dating at 13! If this guy goes you your school and if it is really serious talk to a security personel of a counsoler not a teacher, if you don't want to do that just ignore him, make sure you always have a group of girls with you, guy friends are even better. Good luck (:

He really likes you. But it can be creepy. Tell someone that can help you. Tell a councilor, your parents, a friend. If that doesn't help then talk to him about why he's stalking you. If that doesn't help then tell the cops. Hope it works!

Inform him that his actions are making you very uncomfortable and insist he stop. If you do, it could be a charge of sexual harrasement, and the school is required to do try and prevent it. Nothing will happen if you don't try and stop it, and it could get worse. I would suggest you discuss it with someone in the administration that you can trust, find out what your options are.

The best thing to do is to tell your parents what he is doing and be exact. Also tell them how often it is happening and have your parents talk to his parents. I think if you do this it will help the situation. If the guy keeps doing it then your parents will go to the police and once they get involved you can bet it WILL stop.

It depends on exactly what he/she's doing and the type person he/she is. If you cannot talk to him/her direct, I would suggest enlisting the help of a sibling or parent. If he/she goes where you go, leave when he/she arrives. If he/she calls you, put the phone down. If he/she follows you, get picked up or change your route. If none of this works talk to your parents.
