Which File is Smaller?

I'm looking for the smallest file for music for PSP. Should I use ACC? and if so how would I convert to that? iTunes maybe? or WMA or are they both the same almost?

They are all about the same. The one thing that makes a difference bit rate. The higher the rate the bigger the file.
