Record from any source, audio or video, including flash-based Youtube or Other-Search-Engine Video :) It's not free, but there is a free demo version.
PS I DO NOT work for Applian.

Nope, I don't think it's possible. However, if you search some more, you'll probably be able to find a site that will. I've seen two, but forgot their URLs.
