I MESSED WITH THE SETTINGS SO MUCH THAT I CANT CONNECT. IT IS NOT THE WIRES. IT IS ALL CONNECTED CORRECTLY. I MESSED IT UP WHEN I WAS PUTTING MY ROUTER IN. IT DID WORK FOR ONE NIGHT BUT NOW I CANT CONNECT.

Call the AT&T support people. It will save you a lot of time. I had problems too and it turned out the router was defective.

Their support is good, so let them make sure you're good to go.

On your router did should be like a pin size hole in the back of it. Hold it in for 1 minute and let it go. I should reset and then just set everything up again. Not sure if it has to be on or off check your router documents for more info or look it up online.

With the Router turned on, hold the reset button on the back until the lights blink. Then power down the router and the modem. Reboot the modem, wait until it's done and reboot the router.

check your cable feed, i could not connect and the splitter was bad i connected the cable to the wall direct and yes I got connection

try running the network wizard in control panel
