You seem to speak English well enough to be friends with anybody. I think people are pretty patient if you are trying! :-)
Lots of people like to learn new languages too. Maybe you can teach each other.

To have more friend, you don't have to speak English very well. Friend is someone who accept you as you are, not how you speak. What i would suggest is try to open up, meet new people, be friendly. Believe me, it's work! Coz' i didn't speak English very well too, but i still have many friends here. One simple rule is be yourself. Goodluck.

Most communication is non-verbal, although if you are communicating over a telephone that makes other forms of communication difficult.
You can find people that share the same interests that you do, or you can find people that speak the same language as you do and together learn english.
Take english classes and meet people there.

Your doing it. Practice makes perfect. My friend from France had a thick accent when he moved here and now I can't even tell. Type and speak english as much as you can.

if u go 2 school talk more there just be ur self even if ur english sound wierd who cares u need friends dat r about u and they will be if u do so amount of friends dont matter its long lasstin friends do
