Sure!! I do it all the time..

When I'm driving!!! I say "What are YOU??? NUTS?? they don't reply, honk, wave or anything.

I say...Were YOU born YESTERDAY??? nothin' from them.

I shout. it ISN"T going to GET ANY GREENER, DUMBA**!!!
them all silence.

I grimmace and growl...THAT would be the LONG pedal...that's it push that one NOT the other one...you Moron!! They just putter on by.

Yes, when you are the one talking and the other person isn't giving a response you ARE having half an argument.

Absolutely! That's when the other person refuses to speak. Or....when you just lambast them and don't give them a chance to speak.

I prefer the latter method.

Yeah, I've been yelled at many times while I just walk away...I get followed, I continue walking..until I get to the bathroom , slam the door and lock it....
