I do believe there were dragons in the past. I have dragonolgy books and that book is serious about dragons no messing about, it tells you all about the dragons in the world, how to catch one, feed it and everything.

What do you mean 'the past'. There are dragons living today. There is a species called the Komodo dragon which is a big flesh-eating lizzard and it grows to more than ten feet. In Australia we have bearded and water dragons. These only grow to two and a half feet but they sure do look like the traditional dragons of popular mythology. We even have some in our yard.

Yes I believe they did and they still do. However I think you are talking about the dragons that would breath fire. Yeah I think they existed, just like unicorns and mermaids did.

Very doubtful - but could have been something like it prehistorically speaking..but not in the middle ages where they are most often placed. Fun fantasy though. Dragons are kewl.

They still exist today (Komodo Dragons for one) and if they do, who's to say they didn't exist a long time ago?
