Why can't I find temporary files attached to email on MS Outlook?

The path shows that they end up in a folder titled OLK85 under Temporary Internet Files on my C: drive, but when use explore to find them that folder is not there.

windows create the temp file when it opens the file for viewing. It often then deletes the temp file or the folder you are looking for is a sub folder of a sub folder of a subfoler LOL.. You are better off right clicking on the attachment and selecting save as and save it to your my documents or some other folder. easier to locate
