Nah- just keep flushing the toilet so the person on the receiving end knows that they're taking a dump and talking on the phone :-)

No, I think a public restroom stall is an acceptable place to utilize a cell phone. Plus if it's a guy, you can hope he pees on himself while talking on the phone.

It's not necessary. You can just embarrass them by letting one rip...really loud, or yell over the divider for them to pass over some toilet paper, or flush a number of times.

I think you're over reacting. PUBLIC restroom means people can talk on the phone if they want to. Unless they have a cam and they're peaking over your side, leave people alone.
