Having bananas everyday is great unless your child gets constipated. Bananas are binding so they can easily cause constipation or painful BMs. I would also try changing it up some so that your baby gets some variety. Both kiwi and avocado have the same texture as bananas and will give some variety.

Bananas have alot of potassium so you should make sure the baby dosent have more than one or 2 servings in one day and also banannas can cause constipation so make sure that you follow a serving of bananas with a few ounces of water.

I think they only start eating real food at 6 months...but whenever the child is able to chew and not choke...I say is alright.
