I need some input from a legal stand point regarding my rights in my seperation agreement, amogst other associated possiblities and I am not able to afford a lawyer at this point in time. I have been to see legal aid and I am affraid the application will not be accepted. I believe that I have a case but need legal input/representation of some sort to proceed

If you are not in the US then you should direct your question to the Yahoo Answers site of your nation (I have to make the assumption that anyone on the American board is an American).

I don't know much about this but I have a friend who got a divorce from his wife and did it himself online. Try checking into that, hope this helps a little.
