Not laws... just some advice =)
1. They have to have a smile upon their face...always!
2. They must never recuse someone's help, unless that person is a bad guy that is trying to persuade them to go to their side.
3. Life is beautiful and because of that, they have the right of a free day.

First- To help individuals and not mankind. I dont think mankind is in any danger from anything that we cant handle. he needs to help, say an innocent teenager who is goin on his first date and doesnt have a nice car to impress his gal friend. or something liked that.
Rule # 2- He shud be able to see the genuine from the evil before he follows rule 1.
LASTLY- They shud wear there underwears inside.
