Technically it's not our oil, it;s theirs. We just barged in and formed a treaty that supplied us with oil. But then we went and screwed with them because of 9/11 and now everything went to pieces. In conclusion- they won't give us any oil because they like the knowledge that they can make us suffer because we went and screwed with them.
