Why not start with Oysters Rockefeller , or clams casino ,followed by a nice fillet of snapper ,grouper ,or flounder with a white wine sauce served with spinach noodles ,and mixed vegetables ,washing it all down with a few glasses of Pinot Grigio and for desert a nice desert like bananas foster or a banana caramel crepe with a handful of fresh berries on ice cream .
I think you would truly enjoy a fine meal of this caliber for supper .
