You can have the best court location, judge, and personal attorney and all the money in the world (so it would seem) and still you can not get swift justice on what appears to be a slam dunk case. Why is that and what motivate courts to move quickly? Let me stress the point... what would it take to make them all move (together and quickly); "GENERICALLY" or "GENERALLY" speaking. What could one do to enfluence the court to move up a trial faster than what it was already doing or had planned for in your/my case. What would make them sit up and pay attention to you or me with money not being an option because all dues and fees are already paid and satified.
