What you need to do is get a bag of Epsom Salt, take it home and run a bath, adding in a few cups of the Epsom Salt. When Epsom Salt is absorbed through the skin, such as in a bath, it draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles, is a natural emollient, exfoliator, and much more.

There are pads you can get at pretty much any store. They stick right to your skin and release heat on your muscle and then turns to cold. The best way to reduce soreness is to switch from warm to cool, back and forth. So if you don't have or can't buy the warming pads, take a warm bath followed by an ice pack on the sore spot. Go back and forth and it'll be fixed in no time!
