i saw that too. I like the black outfit better but I guess it was a 1 time thing

No, his hair wasn't shorter. It was longer. He was wearing more comfortable clothes because of his training, I think? And he hadn't gotten his hair cut in a while I think.
I liked the black outfit, but I was glad he went back to the classic blue~ ^_^
