all elements have protons and neutrons in their nuclei. the only exeption is hydrogen, which usually exists as a single proton nucleus with no neutrons.

All elements have protons and nuetrons. These particles compose the nucleus of the element.

There is no element without protons in the nucleus. All elements except hydrogen have neutrons in their nuclei. So yes, cobalt has them both.
