That happened to my with my son. When I went to the doctor's for my first exam when I found out I was prego. I gave him my last date of my period but when conducting the first ultra sound he mentioned I was a month farther than I thought, and I was because the first month I was prego I had a regular period.

I had a fairly heavy one the month before I found out I was pregnant but I knew that I had to be pregnant. I think it's possible, but not very common... Have you taken a test or been to a Dr?

if you had your period the whole time it is normal, i work with a lady who was feeling a little off so she went to the dr and found out she was already four months along but was having a normal period. however, if you weren't having your period then started bleeding then it is possibly a miscarriage.

A Heavy period? No. A light period? Yes. In either case talk to your doctor especially if you are further along. Any bleeding can be a sign of distress (miscarriage or ectopic) you need to see your doctor.

No you may have spotting but not heavy bleeding. You would want to go to the Dr right away. Hopefully it is not a miscarriage

One of the Nurses that i work with had her period for six months during her pregnancy. It happens.. if you are someone who has a heavier period then you shouldnt' have anything to worry about.. but then again.. check with your OB/GYN JUST to be sure!

If you have your period, you are not pregnant. End of discussion.
