I decided to stay out all night long and party last night without telling my husband or calling him to let him know I wasn't coming home till the next morning. When I finally staggered in at 8am he was soooo mad. He had the nerve to yell at me and spank me!!!!!!! Then he tried to "ground" me from the tv, computer, car, etc.... for a whole week. I laughed at him when he said he was grounding me, go figure that made him even madder!!!! I mean who cares if I stayed out all night drinking and partying. Don't you think he's being a little unfair??????

My husband would wear my *** out if I pulled a stunt like that. Stop your bitching you got what you had coming. Its all about respect which you showed absolutly none to him.

I hope you're not serious but if you really think your hubby is being unfair you are WRONG! He has every right to be mad at you. You could have at least been respectful & considerate enough to let him know you were going to stay out. Now I don't agree with "grounding" you because you aren't a child, although you acted like one, but he does have a right to be disappointed.

That does not sound like a relationship. Sounds more like a father/daughter kind of thing. You couldn't be respectful enough to come home, or even call, and maybe it was a kind of rebellion thing. Then when you came home, he treated you like a child, and you acted like a child. Maybe you both need some counselling. This is not normal, or right and will cause more problems in the relationship in the future.

The first night my ex husband stayed out all night long to party was the first night he slept with another woman so yes I'd say he has a right to be upset.

You should NEVER do something like that to your husband. ?How would you feel if he did that to you? He spanked you and grounded you? You guys are a little on the weird side. OK a LOT on the weird side.

i think you need to be a little more mature than that. you should have had enough respect and common sence to call him, at least. so hes not up worring about you. honestly, if he would have stayed out all night and didnt give you a call to tell you that he would be out. wouldnt you be freaking out?? of course you would, you would probably even jump to the conclusion that he was cheating on you or something. so i think you need to be the bigger person and appologize to him.
