Yes, I ordered a box set of DVDs last year and it took over 4 weeks, maybe upwards of 8-10 weeks. And the box was damaged. NEVER again.

I usually stick with trusted names such as amazon.com, walmart.com or bestbuy.com. That sounds like a shady name to me, so I would have stayed away from it. You might have been cheated out of some money.

I've purchased from them before, VERY slow shipping. Try using half.com next time, you can still get new stuff pretty cheap but MUCH faster.
