i remember some lyrics from a song but can't think of the name, tried entering them on a lyric search nothing

the lyrics i remember are " blood brothers in the pouring rain with a view to defend, no retreat, no surrender"
i thought it was a bruce springstein song off the born in the usa album, but i have looked and can't find it as i don't know the title.
please help it's needed badly.
