2 days before your missed period... although some tests "claim" 4 days before. It's suggested to wait until the day your period is missed though.

The pregnancy test I used said 74 hours after conceiving. Don't know if it's true! I tested a couple of days before I was due to start my period.

It all depends on your body, some test say they can detect the hormone up to 5 days before your missed period, but if the hormone is not present in your body then it won't. Best results would be after you miss your period.

a blood test can detect within 2 weeks of your last contact but a urine test has got to be past the date of your missed period

Apparently, there's a HcG test that detects up to four days before the period is due ... Ask your pharmacist

There is one that says it can detect 4 days before your period but it's expensive, and it isn't guarenteed to work, I would pick up one from Savers and just do it on the day of your period x

it depends on what type of test you take. an over the counter test requires you to be late with your next cycle. or a blood test at the doctors office can tell 24 hours after conception.

The day after. There are special tests for it that cost a little more. You can get them at most pharmacies.

I did my HPT the day before I was due. It probably best to read the packets as I know some you can do earlier than others.
