Why don't you want to be the one to ask for the divorce? That's sad. I got married at age 18 and I was the one to ask for the divorce one year later. Be a big girl and be honest with him. Tell him you don't want to be married anymore.

If your question is honest. . .
I will give you an honest answer.
It would be a cowardly way out. Be up front with him. Don't put a reason like "I don't want to be the one to ask" before a human beings feelings. No matter how much you may dislike him now.

If you think there is no future for the two of you, be a man enough and ask for a divorce, do not cheat - it's sleazy.

Don't cheat on him !
If you do that, he'll have good reasons to screw you when it comes to divide stuff and to get into court ... (things that happen in any divorce).
If you really want to divorce him, if you don't love him anymore, be strong and tell him, straightforward, what's happening.
good luck!

Ugh... I don't like your question, the fact you even have to ask it goes to show what type of person you are. May as well cheat, its obviously your character...
