Cover your ***!

Find as many friends and relatives you can and let them see what a good mother you are.

Document any occasions your Husband put himself ahead of his baby. Sorry to insult the guys but it will be easy!

Get witnesses to corroborate his lack of interest in his own child.

Document, document document!

Watch your back! Some (so called) friends will be on his side.

Make sure YOU put YOUR CHILD first and foremost.

Most Times Mom Gets The Child Or Children..In Some Cases This Isn't A Good Thing. But Do The Best You Can For The Child. But Don't Keep Him From The Child Unless He Is Mistreating The Child..Good Luck.

You need to file for custody immediately. Do you have a lawyer? The first person to file for custody usually has the upper hand. This happened when I was a baby, my mother's lawyer finished filing for custody as my father's lawyer was walking in. They pretty much let my mom know that if his lawyer had beat her's to the courthouse, then things would have been very different. It would take a lot to prove you emotionally unstable and not able to care for your daughter. You need to protect yourself and go ahead and file. Good luck!

The baby will be awarded to you unless he can prove that you are emotionally unstable. Could you possibly be going through post partum depression (you can look it up on your computer)? If so, there is help for that. Also, could that be what is wrong with your marriage? Talk to your doctor and get help if this is the case. Post partum depression is not incurable.

If your husband is causing the problems in your marriage then, he is the emotionally unstable one.

You Go girl!
I think first you should take a deap breath, just know that whatever happens, you are still the babys mother no matter what happens.
Sure you should be a LITTLE worried, but if the courts grant you custody then you are free to raise her.
I think you should do yourself a favor and watch an episode of "Gilmore Girls"
It is my favourite show and if you can, watch an episode from the first season!
Well goodluck with everything, and actually . . email me please! go to my profile and email me.

Your worry level depends on if he has valid proof that you are emotionally unstable. If you are able to show that you are a responsible mother in a court of law things should go well.

No. Don't worry. Unless you have harmed the child or there is any sort of police or psychiatric report to the contrary, the court WILL award you custody based on "tender years" and the fact that you are nursing.

yea I would be. Unless you have prove that he is not a suitable father. If he makes the money, and he can prove you to be unstable, he can get the baby

In most states it has to be almost total irresponsible actions on the Mother's part before he children are taken away from her. So, unless you have something against you of this nature, don't worry.
