Starting with which holiday, Groundhogs Day? I once gained 52 pounds in one month so it isn't totally impossible. I came home on a 30 day leave with a lot of money and ate at Fast Food places
3 times a day for the whole month. When I got home I weighed
130 but when I went back 30 days later I weighed 182 and could
not even fit in my clothes.

It's normal to gain weight during the holidays, but not that much! You should hop on the treadmill.
