I've had it 5 days now. So far no problems. But it's now frozen on one track. It won't play or "menu back". I've tried plugging it in to the pc but nothing happens. Is this common does anyone know for them to freeze from time to time. As it's not powering off should i just let the battery die? Help!

Have you tried rebooting your iPod? Check the Apple support site here on how to do this:

Go on the Apple support site, but as already been said, if you've only had it 5 days and it's new take it back. But give apple site ago first in case it's something simple!

if you've had it 5 days, it should still be under guarantee... take it back to the store you got it from, cos it sounds like it's broken...
