Who can tell me the basics of as/400 data entry or refer me to link that provide me the operations of it?

Could someone tell me if as/400 is difficult to perform and learn.

As with ANYTHING, the operation of an item is only as difficult as it's interface.

The AS/400 is generally a text screen. There are no fancy gui's for data entry. There are some intuitive screens if the programmer did it right.

I don't think it is difficult........data entry is usually accomplished by filling in blanks on a screen and hitting a function key to "Enter" the information. With the right training, you will not have an issue......if the interface sucks, then learning may be initially difficult.
