No it doesn't. That is a myth. I seen it on myth busters. They also say that is lowers your sperm count that is a myth as well.

Oh heavens! Why would a teacher be telling a class that drinking Mountain Dew makes your penis shrink? Teacher shouldn't even be talking about anyone's penis in class.

Look at the ingredients list for Mountain Dew... there is nothing in there that would cause any kind of penile complications. I mean how could it, it's mostly just sugar and food colouring!
