why is clarity necessary for thought clarity.?

It has to do with communication. If someone is talking over my head and not getting down on my level...then their wasting their breath. Doctors use a lot of medical terms that I absolutely don't understand and I have to stop him and tell him to get on my level and explain it simpler, Lawyers are another one. If I'm talking to someone and their not understanding a word I say then it's useless.
