I think he is satirizing all the "9/11 Truth" BS out there. Like the comment, "Then the I know this because the others told me it is true." He is obviously making fun of the "9/11 truthers".

WTF? Why would they even think that's what happened? That would cost the government an outragously high amount of money, and the attack didn't help anyone in anyway. The oil would not be enough to repair the WTC, and also, they probably would attack them even if they didn't have support.
