This is a complicated question. Is there a way to connect a html web form to a excel spreadsheet?

to save information from a html web form to a excel speadsheet without using a program. what programming languages would be good, etc?

I would advice using Microsoft Ado, use asp. you can use the spreadsheet as a datasource.

The two easy ways are ..

Simple spreadsheet - just do a table in in HTML and put the data in that

More complex spreadsheet - save is as html and hyperlink straight to it or show it within a frame in your website
