I mean Shelton Benjanmen is an awesome wrestle with a college background in it, Kurt Angle had three matches of the year voted by fans in PWI, RVD and Sabu are classic, Chris Benoit and Chris Jehrico are the of the greatest technical wrestlers of are time and the WWE put John Cena has their frontman? I mean he hasn't had one classic match, Stone Cold is a legend, and a smash mouth wrestler. But when he faced Brett Hart, Kurt Angle, and Chris Benoit, and others he proved the he was techincally sound wrestler! Cena is a joke!

I 100% agree. Cena makes me sick. He cheapened the WWE Title. He is an embarrassment to pro wrestling. I believe they gave him the title because the WWE were going with the hype, the fact that John Cena allegedly represents the youth of today even though he doesn't represent me. The WWE feels like Cena could make then the most money. If you noticed at any WWE event, most of Cena's fan base are women and pre-teenage children. Nearly anybody that has been watching wrestling for at least 7 to 8 years wouldn't make up Cena's fan base. I don't think he can wrestle too. The WWE feels like they can make more money off his hip-hop image. I think that is why they gave him the title which I also think is a stupid decision. Also, more often than not, John Cena's fans are relatively new. They might have never seen the WWF logo. Only the WWE logo. I grew up watching Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Stone Cold, The Undertaker, etc,. and Cena will never replace these legends. You are also right, Cena never has or will have a classic match until he can learn more moves, especially submission. He should also abandon his terrible gimmick as well. He isn't a real wrestler, and he never will be until he can learn new moves, if he can learn them. In other words, Cena isn't just a joke. He is pathetic.

Because a lot of Cena fans are young girls who equate looks with wrestling ability, and many of the Cena fans aren't old enough to have seen wrestling back in the 80s and 90s to have a true standard of comparison. This new generation of fans only has recent history to draw from, and WWE has been on the downswing since the end of the Attitude era.

Well isn't it the script writers that make him have his matches that he's in? That's why he's never been in a "classic match".
This is why Cena haters are dumb@$$e$$!
BTW, the TLC match at Unforgiven against the Rated R for Retard (or any other 'r' word you can think of), Edge. Now that was a good match. The best part was when Edge "flew" through 2 tables. That's what I call a classic match.

It's the "rap music" genre. If he came to the ring to country music, nobody would care.
Wrestling characters are supported by their ring traits. Nobody liked the "Iron" Sheik, because we (USA) was having a hard time with Iran at the time. Same story with Russians.

He is a nice down-to-earth guy. What u see is what u get? Cena has had some great matches. Remember the TLC match with Edge at Unforgiven?

He's really charismatic, much more so than the majority of the others... he appeals to much wider crowds, even if not the hardcore fans. Not to mention he's really cute :)
Agreed though, his wrestling does kinda suck. And his rapping is ... lacking to say the least.

john cena is a good wrestler.I know because I saw the videos when he was training down in ohw and upw but it is the wwe makes him look like he cannot wrestle by just making him do the same moves over and over again.
